Holes in the pavement where trees used to be

There are big dips in the pathway where trees used to be. Several elderly people have fallen down these over the last few months. They need filling in an smoothing out asap please

  • Investigation: Completed (No Action Necessary) - Good morning. Following a land ownership investigation, we can confirm the problematic area of path is private responsibility. Only the area paved in tarmac is highways responsibility. We note Punch Opticians are leasing on this site and recommend contacting the landlord regarding this issue.
