Team After being misled and misold a product the person it was escalated to needs pvg retrained They seemed to follow a script and not seemed to listen to customer All they seemed interested in was ticking a box to resolve it at their side They told customer I see you are in contact that will cost you to leave When actually customer was misled and BT/EE seemed to loose data from September 2024 again give the opportunity to put it right Jan 2025 and July 2025 Instead of respect to customer and a refund of 900 that they should give They gave inaccurate picture from their side Trading standards because mySociety umbrella platform seems to indicate many Unresolved issues in your area It's City wide Unresolved Request full trading standards review of all BT/EE centres and training

  • Team They seem to be just churning out information saying we will cancel contract even 3 years after reported landlord created article 3 inhumane torture environment And calls were escalated to necessary representative (s) anonymous as a right But people were disappearing or being moved around unethical It's escalated 2020, 2023, 2025 currently as unresolved waiting for the apologies from many
