Small sink hole

Unsure if this would be your responsibility but there is a small sink hole on the pavement just by the main crossroad traffic lights on llanthony road ( outside the car park to naylor Powell etc) , there is another dip to the side of it which looks like it may open up into similar, concerned someone may go down this in the dark, I walked up a few days ago and noticed this , walked by again today and as there’s no spray paint thought I should report in case nobody else has , it’s big enough for the toe of someone’s shoe or a child or doggy to go quite deep into and potentially cause an incident
