Underpass blocked by abandoned contractor barrier

The cycleway underpass adjacent to A47 between under A1 to the end of Peterboro Rd, Wansford remains blocked by abandoned contractor works barriers; no works are being undertaken but barriers remain and must be removed to provide safe passage to cyclists and walkers, particularly as the A47 upgrade project has been shelved (again!) which would have included an adjacent cycleway. Cycling on A 47 is high risk and the underpass (when open) mitigates this high risk.
