Litter at River Avon junction with Bristol cycle path

Litter is probably from people swimming at this spot in hot weather. Has been there a while but it's recently got worse.

    Gross amounts of litter piled up and strewn across the path. Please can secure bins be fitted here as this will continue to be a hotspot for swimming/ people hanging out and it seems that although people can carry the full items here they're unable to take empties and rubbish home with them. This problem is ongoing so it makes sense to provide a solution.
