Residential plantings overgrowing the pedestrian footway

Plantings of laurel, beech and other shrubs are encroaching footway outside house numbers 71 to 77 on Wordsworth Avenue. Sometimes vehicles parked partially on the pavement in front of these houses make it difficult or impossible to pass with a double buggy/wheelchair/mobility aid. Ongoing for 3 months plus.
