Ideally ALL the road signs should/must be cleaned periodically as part of basic, routine maintenance….
Otherwise they might as well be removed…..
Parking makes a ‘surplus’ (see the Parking Account….) so £££ is available…..please spend it ‘wisely’ and cost effectively…..
