Do the council just not care any more? Or only care about motorists? It would seem so.

Thus, in some locations, even if the grass IS cut, you currently still leave the overgrown (once maintained) sheugh next to the park railings thus leave all the weeds and overgrowth to spill out onto pavements - even opposite a care home (Westland Dve).

Ditto Victoria Park Drive South.

Unless, of course, it's the A814, in which council case, the railing side gets a full 'deep clean' treatment - overhanging weeds strimmed, blown (INTO the park), then weed killer applied.
