Pavement Parking on Double Yellow Lines

One side of the road is marked with double yellow lines and kerb markings and these cars are parked on them every day, all day. The other side of the road is clear of markings. They park on the pavement which restricts pedestrians.

    Absolutely no change, this has been going on for months and some days the road is practically impassable.
