Bt manhole at pensford court uneven outside 1-6 pensford court reported by resident

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7878914.

Outside 1-6 Pensford Court the BT Manhole has sunk and concrete face is breaking away not Council but BT service man hole.

Resident reported it and said resident is having a issue in mobility scooter and high risk to them when going over uneven surface around manhole (dip) and face of manhole (concrete) starting to break up.
