The B4445 Chinnor to Thame really bad surface

The B4445 Chinnor to Thame road is really bad dangerous road surfaces on both sides but the left side going from Chinnor to Thame whole chunks of tarmac missing needs whole new re tarmacing and fixing down the road surface has totally worn out and there are chunks of tarmac missing and bad road surfaces everywhere. U said that road will be retarmacked but the other road next to it was done which didn't need it but the main road that is bad still hasn't been done. It's from that marker or the farm brooklands manor before at least 50 metres up that road. Please can that be done
