Hedge at 1 Waterpike NN6 9UR is completely blocking the pathway causing wheelchair user to have to use the road

This hedge has been allowed to grow to the extent that even people on foot have to step into the road and is totally impassable for my wheelchair.

A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that the vegetation is the responsibility of the landowner. In accordance with the WNC Network Management Plan, we will contact the landowner and request they cut back their vegetation within 14 days of receipt of our correspondence. We will reinspect the vegetation to ensure they have complied.
