The vehicle is parked on the left hand side of the road close to the junction of Ventnor Road and Speedwell Road. It has been there for about 10 weeks. It is a long, high vehicle which means that as a car driver approaching the junction down Ventnor Road you are required to swing out into the other side of the road to pass this vehicle (opposite view to photo which is taken from Speedwell Road view). This means you are then in the middle of the road junction stationary as other vehicles try to turn in from the main road (Speedwell Road) because the vehicle has not left enough room to enable you to pull in the other side of it. Cars from Speedwell Road cannot see the obstruction and are therefore not prepared for cars to be in the middle of the road junction. The vehicle is untaxed and doesn't have an MOT.
