Underpass lights broken / not working

I appreciate the council don't give two hoots for the pedestrians who have to use the underpass to the park (while they A814 above gets its 3 'deep cleans' and 12 inspections a year), but there comes a point...

Updates

All of the lights IN the underpass are now working, although the graffiti on them has still not been removed.

All of the broken lights on the underpass approaches are now, allegedly, to be replaced although, given the council do not carry spares, this may take some time...
