Investigation: Completed (Defect Found) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that the site has been made safe in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 3 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 28 days. Our current average response time for a Priority 3 repair is 14 days.

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has attended the location and carried out an immediate permanent repair. Your enquiry will now be closed. If for any reason you believe we have not attended the correct defect, please inform us by raising a new enquiry.
