Deep pothole around manhole on Black Prince Road

There is a large pothole around a manhole cover on Black Prince Road outside Bramble Hub, approx. 28 Black Prince Road. I hit this pothole on my bike while my attention was drawn by another vehicle and was nearly thrown from my bike and have sustained a back injury. This pothole has been present for at least a month, possibly longer.

Pothole has been partially filled with tarmac but the road surface is not completely level.
