Sent to Halton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7874574.

The cut through from Helston Road to Porthleven Road .. someone has dumped at least 8+large gas canisters, there’s 6 in a box and some in a zipped bag in the bushes plus a couple loose … noticed them yesterday and they’re still there today !
