Overgrown Hedges

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7873774.

The hedgerow opposite the houses on Plating Way that face Ashton Road are overgrown and some parts appear to be dead. One of the trees is also growing over a residents garage causing issues with blocked guttering.

  • Investigation: Completed (Reported to a third party) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that the vegetation is the responsibility of the landowner. In accordance with the WNC Network Management Plan, we will contact the landowner and request they cut back their vegetation within 14 days of receipt of our correspondence. We will reinspect the vegetation to ensure they have complied.
