Fly tipping and unsightly hoarding

Sent to Liverpool City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7873064.
I am writing to express my concern regarding the wasteland on Pighue Lane and Mill Lane. Following the recent removal of the trees, it has become even more apparent that the site has been used for fly-tipping — including the dumping of used mattresses and other waste — which likely explains the presence of rats in the area.
The fencing surrounding the site is also an issue. It is unsightly, insecure, and a complete eyesore for residents and passers-by alike. Given the recent tree removal, I assume this site may already be on your radar, but I wanted to ensure these concerns are formally noted.
I live directly opposite the site, and the cheap, poor-quality fencing currently in place is not acceptable for an area that has now been left unused and derelict for several years. Could you please let me know if there are any plans for this site, and whether action will be taken to address the fly-tipping, pests, and the state of the fencing?
I would appreciate an update on any planned improvements or redevelopment so local residents know what to expect.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Kind regards.
