Unemptied bins and loose rubbish

Sent to Adur District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7872850.

Bins have not been emptied along most of the length of basin road south. Loose rubbish has blown along the road and lodged in fences. Bins need to be emptied and the length of the road litter picked before too much rubbish goes in the sea
