A tree on council land has overgrown and fallen across driveway, blocking entrance and exit to the driveway. Creating mud when it rains and is causing large puddles due to leaves etc… blocking drain on the road.

    The tree/bush is very over grown and has now fallen further across the driveway.

  • Thank you for your report. Landowners and occupiers are responsible for maintaining any boundary features on their property that adjoin public highways and affect highway safety. In this case, the highway appears to be impacted, so we will contact the land/property owner. If necessary, further action will be taken.
