Box is open as door fallen off

Box still not repaired and broken door was laying on the footpath the other day when it was really heavy rain and a disabled person who was in a mobility scooter couldn't get passed as footpath blocked. Inside of the box included wires were dripping wet. Unsure how much power supply is inside the box but very dangerous nevertheless.
