Urgent Cleaning of Rubbish anf Atracting Vermon

Further to my last complaint, nothing seems to have been done regarding the rubbish that is littered around the full grounds Portland House and Milford house areas, today at approximately 11.45am and 12.30pm the fire service attended a small fire that had been lit against the fence and bushes caused by opportunist setting alight the rubbish, cardboard etc laying there, the fire site is next to parking bays luckily no vehicles were park there otherwise vehicles could of been damaged also. I feel that both Erimus Housing/Thirteen Group and Middlesbrough Council are turning a blind eye too this matter, many off the residents and local councillor have complained about it and how the rubbish is an eyesore and attracting vermon like rats and mice. Also the drains within the grounds all types especially outside garages 1-5 on the road area smelling and the smaller drains nearby outside boiler room and bin room seem to be blocked as when it rains takes several days for the gathering water to drain, it's like a small lake when it rains. Can something please be done about this matter with urgency, thank you.
