Sent to Halton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7867553.

Further to my report of 14/6 " Diversion sign has been left in place at junction of russell road and westfield road. suspect was in place for major works by uu in weston/weston point which was completed at least 2 months ago. "...another sign was also not collected 100 yards away at juncion of westfield road and on slip to weston point expressway
