Fourlanes End crossroads - lights obscured

Lights on the Smallwood bound side of the road are becoming obscured due to the adjacent hedge. At present the Green light is not immediately obvious and if the hedge continues to grow the Amber and Red lights will similarly become obscured. Asking CEC to cut back the hedge, or agree with any other party (nearby farmer?) who should do this. Thanks
