Sent to Hull City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7867185.

Members of public parked on double yellow lines , the cul de sac is a single lane and when this happens , occupants of the council flats and sanctuary residents are unable to access the road due to this , seems to be on a Saturday night when the community centre is open for a function please send the traffic wardens down to issue penalty notices . Also if an emergency vehicle wanted to enter the street it would be a problem
