Neighbour parking campervan and other vehicles illegally across the pavement

We have had problems since last year with our neighbours parking their campervan across the pavement. Last year it was parked the otherway around sticking out so that it was difficult to exit our drive, also it was also illegally parked across the pavement. We have spoken to them on three occasions, unfortunately they would not move it, this forced us to ring 101 and the police were involved. As you can see from the pictures I have sent the vehicle is now turned around the other way, but is still stradled across the pavement.They also park their other vehicles straight across the pavement into the road. Could this problem please be looked into as we are not getting anywhere with 101.

  • Unfortunately this was sent to my local council, who have said its a police matter. The police have said it's a council matter even though they have out before.
