The offender parks here on loading bays using the bays as personal business all time it needs to stop all week and weekends please help does not move them then puts vehicle all round estate free parking when it is not

This guy does what he wants parking anywhere and tells traffic wardens to fuck off if get a ticket. Council don't do anything to remove it on loading bays and illegal parking
