Heavy tree dangerously supported

This heavy tree is fallen but supported via a rotting branch. Given the injuries and unfortunate deaths in Southend, I believe a risk assessment is required, and suggest this rotting branch support should be removed and the main trunk left in a stable position on the ground. It looks pretty, but is a crush risk to children playing. Probably not an immediate risk, but should be assessed in next month.
