On public footpath outside 14 Heatley Way

Broken grid cover sunken in. Someone is going to break their limb if stood on this grid/cover. It's been broken for a few months gradually worse. I live at 22 Heatley Way (registered partially sighted)
Woodford Mews fence runs along this busy footpath (to the shops) and the gardeners/owners don't trim the laurel bushes on footpath side therefore it's nearly single file.
