Probable flytipping hazard

Sent to Folkestone and Hythe District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7864003.

Flytipping. Of 2 ton bags in New Lane. 1 either side of lane. I think they are local residents but not sure which ones. Still have a bit of contents in side. It is a hazard to vehicles and pedestrians. They are in curb in the way. One has already been run over.
