Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 52 days.

Whilst the drains have been unblocked the lady that attended on the 14th January, agreed the problem has not been totally rectified as the drains are not sufficient to stop water when excessive rain to flood into my properties. She suggested and said she would report to Kier that during bad weather sand bags should be placed.

Our crews attended to clean and jet the gullies, unfortunately, the gullies are unable to cope with any large amounts of heavy rainfall. We will continue to monitor this location and regularly clean the gullies.
