Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7862530.

Please up your checks/emptying. Given there is nothing to stop businesses using these bins, hot spots like this are inevitable.

Also, please now sweep up the overflow mess along the street gutters - it's an even bigger mess than it was (ie still no pro-active regular sweep).
