This blue BMW car has been left in our patient car park for several weeks. With the parking issue behind the Co-Op, we have lots of people using our car park without attending the surgery for an appointment. The school parents use it for drop off and pick up, the dental practice patients use it, shoppers use it. We have had instances of patients being late for appointments at the surgery as they cannot find a space, and if they are late beyond a certain time, they have to rebook. This is completely unacceptable for people to use the patient car park if they do not have anything booked with the surgery. Appointments here are limited and if booked patients are unable to park it has a knock on effect with our practice and our business compliance issues. Please help us to sort this issue.
