Trees on Telegraph lane need clearing
Reported via desktop in the Tree Requires Pruning category anonymously at 17:08, Thu 10 July 2025 using FixMyStreet Pro
Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7858754.
In April 2023 I reported this problem to the Council and nothing was done. The trees behind my property are dead and need clearing. They are pulling away my fence panels and the back panel to my shed. I can't repair these until the dead trees have been cleared. They spread across my shed roof and, as they are dry, are a fire hazard in this weather.

Thank you for your enquiry. The green chain link walk has a complicated ownership, with sections privately owned forming part of residents boundaries, sections with no land registry registrations with only a small section owned by LBB. To complicate matters a PROW runs through the middle of this which in this instance, LBB does not own the boundary trees in this section but steps in periodically to remove obstructions to the path. As the tree's behind your boundary sit on technically what is termed no mans land it is recommended that you take appropriate action to repair your boundary fence.
