Reported via mobile in the Tree Requires Pruning category anonymously at 16:37, Thu 10 July 2025 using FixMyStreet Pro

There is a tree next to it that is taller and he’s swaying in the wind, owner of property is pregnant and has a dog and family is extremely worried that the big tree will collapse into garden. If not it could also fall into telegraph path and kill someone walking through the public pathway as the tree is in the public pathway this needs to be cut down as soon as possible and they already fallen down. Tree needs to be taken away.

  • Thank you for your enquiry, The Green Chain Link Walk has a complicated ownership, with sections under private ownership, sections with no land registry registrations (no mans land) and a very small section owned by LBB. LBB steps in periodically to maintain the footpath for statutory clearances and any H&S obstructions. The tree's at this location are unfortunately not owned by LBB and do not impact upon the footpath for us to take action.

State changed to: No further action
