Huge pothole sinkhole on kingsway about 40 metres from gatley lights

There is a huge pothole that looks like it would sink and would be particularly dangerous if a motorbike was going over it. It seems to be spreading bigger and cars look like they could get stuck in it

Its still there and I hit this suddenly yesterday with my daughter in the car at 60kms ph and the sound was as if we had crashed into a pole, my right hand, arm and elbow is injured and my car possibly as well. It was frightening and so dangerous. How can I claim?
