Hillhouse contractors have an area of Dobbies Loan, near it's junction with Kennedy St G4, fenced off for storage. This area is getting bigger every day as the fence is pushed outwards. It is very difficult to access the private parking spaces of the Buchanan Gardens Development. I'm sure Hillhouse are taking up more space than they have been allocated by the council. As an adjacent homeowner, I certainly was not informed of this lack of access to my property
