Fire risk - Extremely dry grass in field next to houses

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and Vale of White Horse District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7858289.

A resident is very concerned that the field at the bottom of her garden has a potential fire risk in the extreme weather. The field is called Humpty Hill to local residents. Would it be possible to raise this with the landowner.
