Road works causing major issue on estate

Road works have been set up and will be ongoing for 10 weeks. This is the first day and already causing major issues on an estate with only this road in and out . Current time to get out is around 1 and a half hours. This is absolutely ridiculous, there’s an Ambulance station at the top of the road and we witnessed 4 of them struggling to get through. Something needs to be done and quickly
