Station Road and the alleyway opposite Elsa waste are full paper and cardboard again, they don’t appear to be litter picking in the area anymore and wind blows paper all over the place.

Updates

The rubbish problem is getting worse in this area and on Station Road from Elsa Waste as the don’t appear to litter pick any more.
