Red Bin barrier not secure

Sent to Liverpool City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7857264.

Sunlight Street has wheelie bins at the end , protected by a non filled JERSEY road barrier at each end.

The Belmont Road Barrier is being moved by a person parking there and it is being moved all over the main road, it will cause an accident, and is currently being used as a bench at the bus stop opposite as a little bin, which will no doubt be set on fire. There needs to be a heavier barrier
