Large number of dog waste bags

A large number of used dog-waste bags are dumped on the footpath between Cote House Lane and Elmlea Avenue (towards the bottom on the bend) - including on the path itself. This has been an issue for a long time and is getting worse. School children use this path frequently. The waste needs to be cleared and perhaps a dog waste bin could be installed?
