Accident waiting to happen floating bus stop

There is a newly installed bus stop directly outside st Philip Neri church catharine street Liverpool L8 7PZ which has a new floating bus stop, I have witnessed several near misses when people are getting off the bus and their first step is directly in line with the floating cycle lane. Public will look straight ahead and not left to see if any oncoming cycles or scooters. I have had to physically grabbed people and pulled them back as only missed an accident, someone driving at 30mph on a bike and another directly behind them, plus another occasion by a scooter, to save them from a serious accident. If this was an older person, they could potentially break their hip and not recover from this. It is an unsafe design and would hope you can give this your serious consideration on how this can be rectified. Try to get on the head of a person alighting from the bus and the direction they will be looking in and their first one or two steps. This should be reported as near misses.
