Pothole that wasn’t fixed

This hole has been previously reported and approved for repair. The new pictures show that two portions of the hole were filled. However this still leaves it hard to pass and with holes around the newly filled portions. I understand the what can and can’t be fixed but this instance just seems like a bit of road was patched and the other holes not exactly matching the criteria were left exposed - when it’s likely to have taken very little time, effort and money to fix the whole area of the road that is damaged. I ensured this was raised in enough time to be fixed in advance of a cycle road race taking place on Sunday 13 July. Frankly I am not shocked this is the approach of OCC and its outsourced provider to matters such as this.
