Poor road condition shaking flat

Problem just keeps getting worse. Temporary fixes keep being applied but they never last long. The road here floods whenever there is rain, cars can't see the potholes and then are damaged when they drive into them. The busses go over these at speed and are causing cracks in my walls due to the extreme vibrations caused. This has been reported multiple times and needs to be properly resurfaced and fixed to avoid damage to surrounding tenements, pedestrians and vehicles.
