This hedge obstructs the footpath. It needs to be cut back to the property boundary or removed entirely to allow proper pedestrian access along the full width of the footpath. The hedge appears to belong to houses at 60 Froomshaw Road and 60A Froomshaw Road, Frenchay, Bristol BS16 1JS.
