Overgrown hedges/grass/trees

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7833349.

The hedges/trees are overgrown anll down Old Boars Hill annd Orchard Lane and such gives limited visibility. With the a34 closures and gas work on Foxcombe Road there is more traffic on this single track lane. That along with poor visibility due to over grown hedges and bushes that are not cut back to the boundaries and pedestrians and horses who at times are impossible to spot. Not to mention the scratches to the cars and the of delivery drivers to deliver.
