Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7828679.

Pavement and gutters - covered in litter, dirt, mud, blocked drains with pooling water.

Some section are better than others but that's only the diff. between really bad and disgusting.

The entire stretch thus needs cleaned (on a quiet day ie a Sunday) - start at one end, keep going until you reach the other. Simple

Worst I have seen it for years too and that's saying something. The days of the COP26 'spruce up' for out of town / country VIPs long gone...
