3pm Tues 8th July 2025

13 bags lying next to flytipping magnet street bin today, 11 of which unidentifiable black bags (some already split + a commercial wheelie bin.

Given the recent recurrence (over the last few months), location & volume these must be commercial waste. So, someone either doesn't have a waste removal contract or had and it's expired.

The days of 'Advice & Education' are over. Please enforce. Thanks.
